Soul of Miistaki Release Agreement (Waiver)

Participation in activities with Soul of Miistaki is subject to the Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement (the “Waiver”). All participants (or their parent/legal guardian for participants under 18) are required to read and agree to the Waiver prior to participating in the activities. If the Waiver t is not completed, participation will not be permitted. By signing the Waiver you give up your legal rights, including the right to sue or claim compensation following an accident.
