Soul of Miistaki Annual Climbing Camp

Soul Of Miistaki will be offering our annual BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Colour) cultural climbing event. Come climb, hang out, and learn from our Elders.

The cultural climbing weekend is meant to develop people's climbing skills, connect with our Elders, and build community. If you’ve never tried climbing before, we hope to introduce it to you in a safe and inviting way with the support of guides and our board members who have climbing experience. If you have previous climbing experience, we hope to build upon the skills you already have and answer any questions you may have to support your future in climbing. An important element of this climbing weekend will be opportunities to share our experiences and interact with Elders who will guide discussions on Indigenous history and teachings.
